The defense of public interest against the illegitimate reprivatisation claims to the property of the former Giesche corporation. The scope of the property potentially at risk exceeded 30% of the Katowice city area.
Contributions to the legal and policy foundations of the administrative and management structures of the Silesian Metropolitan Area
Active involvement in initiatives defending the rule of law in Poland during the constitutional crisis in the aftermath of the 2015 elections.
Participation in public efforts and legislative initiatives to improve the legal protection of animals, in particular ethical review of animal research, enforcement of animal regulations, safeguards for non-domestic animals living in urban areas, or outlawing ritual slaughter of farm animals.
Involvement in initiatives to develop and implement legal and policy foundations of so-called 'just transition' for the Silesian region and similar European coal mining and heavy industry areas toward more sustainable, environmentally friendly life conditions.
Contributions to legal and policy foundations of the reforms modernizing the Polish higher education sector in 2017-2019.
